Manuelle Overhead -Abschnittstüren können in allen Arten von Fabrik-, Lager- und Ladedocks verwendet werden. Die Türplatte ist doppelthaut thermisch isoliert. Mit einer manuellen Hebekette daneben kann sie leicht von Hand hochgehoben werden. Oben hat es ein Gleichgewichtssystem, um das Gewicht der Türplatte auszugleichen. Dies ist der Grund, warum eine manuelle Overhead -Abschnittstür selbst in großer Größe von Hand mit nur wenig Kraft nach oben bewegt werden kann. Da in automatischen Abschnittstüren keine elektrischen Teile wie Motor- oder Steuerungssysteme zu sehen sind, ist eine manuelle isolierte Overhead -Tür nicht viel Wartung und Reparatur erforderlich. Dies senkt die langfristigen Kosten für Sie.

Manual hoist chain and Manual handle Every door has two manual opening device for: 1. Manual hoist chain: from top drive axis to 1.5m above floor, people can easily reach it and use it to move the door up and down.
2. Manual handle: at both inside and outside surface of bottom door panel, there is plastic manual handle. Worker can easily and quickly lift door up and down.

Light lifting weight
There is torsion spring balance system around the drive rod of manual overhead sectional door. After spring tightened, it can balance the weight of the door body and reduce the load weight when manually moving up the door. |

Thermal insulated
Door panel is sandwich structure. Total thickness: 40mm. Two surface layer is 0.326mm galvanized steel plate. Middle is filled with high density fire ratardant polyurethane foam. Foam Density: 12---14kg/m2.
At the joint area, there is a special cold-bridge design, to avoid direct heat conduction through surface steel sheet. Thermal insulation ratio: 4.5W/m. h. For this reason, such door is widely seen in cold rooms and warehouses. |

High air-tightness
All-around of the door is covered with EPDM weather seal rubber. Such rubber can resist cold and chemical. It can keep in good shape after years. This guarantee the high air-tightness of the whole door. It will prevent outside air and dust entering the room, and keep inside clean and hygiene. |

The door can climb up in different ways to fit specific site situation. Standard lift: For limited top space, the door will turn to the ceiling directly; High lift: The door can climb up the wall for some distance and then turn to the ceiling;
Vertical lift: If the ceiling is high enough, the best way is to climb up complete to the top.
